TALKING PORTRAITS
A survey through the expressions, movement, and gestures of the sculptural portraits of illustrious men, historical figures, and poets encountered by Lorenzo Ferri
REAL LIFE MODELS
A walk through the halls of the Museum devoted to the study of the different poses and movements of statues of women and maidens, who posed from life for the artist.
SACRED SCULPTURES
A journey into the spirituality of the artist from his conversion to his death through the observation of bas-reliefs, sketches and sculptures.

Educational Laboratories
Each workshop is calibrated to the age of the pupils and explores the stages of Lorenzo Ferri’s working process. The activities are designed to stimulate the pupil’s imagination and limmagination in full autonomy.
DRAWS A SCULPTURE
Observation of a work discovered during the guided tour and reproduction with pencils and charcoals. The purpose of the activity is the study and analysis of the artwork in a direct way.
A FRIEND BAS-RELIEF
Reproduction of a classmate’s face by experimenting with the bas-relief technique. The goal of the workshop is to imitate the artist’s process in observing a model from life.
MEMORY IN THE ROUND
Creation of a sculpture in the round observed during the visit and memorized for reproduction.Through hands-on exercise, students practice their skills in learning and observing details…

Excursion
LORENZO FERRI AND CAVE
A walk through the places traveled by the artist to understand his relationship with the town of Cave.

Modalities of Participation
Reservations for the proposed activities are compulsory and must be received at least 15 days before the chosen date by filling out the form that will be forwarded via email to the referring teacher.
